Peaches And Cream Pancakes

1â?„4 cup Gerber MultiGrain Cereal.

1â?„4 cup all-purpose flour.

1â?„4 teaspoon baking powder.

1â?„4 teaspoon baking soda.

1 container (3.5 ounces) Gerber Yogurt Blends Peach.

1 container (2.5 ounces) Gerber 1st Foods Peaches.

1 large egg.

1â?„4 cup water.

WHISK cereal, flour, baking powder and baking soda in a medium bowl. Stir in yogurt, peaches, egg and water until combined.

SPRAY a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium-low heat. Pour 1 1â?„2 tablespoons batter into hot skillet for each pancake. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until bubbles begin to pop; flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with your little one’s favorite toppings: peach jam, maple syrup or honey, if desired.

Test temperature before serving.

Tip: for a thinner pancake add more water. For a thicker pancake add less water.

Tip: if your child doesn’t like peaches, try substituting with other fruits they love.

Nutritional Tip: Peaches are a good source of Vitamin A!

Apples And Bananas Cookies

1â?„2 cup Gerber Rice & Banana Apple Cereal.

1â?„2 cup all-purpose flour.

1â?„2 teaspoon baking soda.

1 tablespoon unsalted butter, at room temperature.

1 container (3.5 ounces) Gerber 2nd Foods Apples.

1â?„2 of a ripe banana, mashed.

1 large egg.

Preheat oven to 375?° F.

COMBINE cereal, flour and baking soda in a small bowl. Beat butter, apples and banana medium mixing bowl until well combined. Add egg and beat well. Gradually beat in cereal mixture. Drop dough by the tablespoon onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 11-12 minutes or until the bottoms are golden brown. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool completely.

Test temperature before serving.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Tip: boost flavor to these cookies by adding cinnamon, nutmeg or any spice your little one loves!

Yield: 17-18 cookies; each cookie weighs - 0.5 oz.

Mixed Berry Smoothie

1/3 cup Gerber 100% Fruit Juice White Grape, chilled.

1 container (3.5 ounces) Gerber Graduates Yogurt Blends Mixed Berry, chilled.

2 tablespoon Gerber Rice Cereal.

1â?„2 cup frozen mixed berries.

1â?„4 of a banana.

Place juice, yogurt, cereal, mixed berries and banana in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Yield: - 1 cup (varies based on size of berries).

Servings: 2.

Prep Time: 2 min.

Tip: if your child doesn't like the seeds from the berries substitute frozen blueberries.

Tip: for a thicker smoothie add more cereal. For a thinner smoothie add more juice.

Nutritional tip: Bananas are a potassium powerhouse!
